
Fried buns with sautéed cabbage

Sift the flour. Add sugar and a glass of warm water to the dry yeast. Mix and wait until foam appears on the surface. Then add flour and salt to the yeast mixture.

We start kneading the dough. Then roll it into a ball and set it aside in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

Meanwhile, finely chop the cabbage and onion, and mix.

On a hot skillet, heat a small amount of vegetable oil and sauté the cabbage with onion for 10 minutes until partially cooked. Season the filling with salt and pepper as you go.

Take out the dough, divide it into several parts. Roll each part into a flat round, and place the cabbage filling in the center.
