Mushroom turnovers made with puff pastry
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. Here is a simple recipe for mushroom-filled pastries made with puff pastry. I used store-bought puff pastry. The filling was prepared from sautéed mushrooms with onions. The pastries are shaped like dumplings. Before baking, brush each pastry with beaten egg (for a golden color). Good luck with your cooking! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
