There are many different filling options for this dish, and everyone chooses according to their preferences. I suggest you a rather simple recipe for pies with mushrooms and eggs. Step 1

Mix flour, yeast, warm water, 1 egg, a tablespoon of sugar, and salt. Knead these ingredients into a firm and elastic dough. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with a towel, and place in a warm spot for one hour. After that time, knead the dough again and let it rise in a warm place for another 40 minutes.

Step 2

While the dough is rising, we can prepare the filling. To do this, rinse the mushrooms and finely chop them.

Step 3

Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with vegetable oil until half-cooked, then add finely chopped onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Step 7

When the dough has risen, we tear off small pieces and roll them into thin sheets. Place the filling in the center, tightly seal the edges of the dough, and shape them into buns. Repeat the same process with the remaining dough, then place the buns onto a greased baking tray. In a bowl, beat eggs with a pinch of sugar and brush this mixture over the surface of the buns. Put the tray into a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes. That's it, the buns are ready. Enjoy your meal!
