
Mushroom and rice buns
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for mushroom and rice buns. The dough is made with beer and salt. It turns out great—the dough is very elastic, and the finished buns are crispy and delicious. If desired, you can add carrots to the filling, sautéing them with onions in a pan. Have a wonderful day! Add a pinch of salt to the beer and mix the flour to form a dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator.

Cook the rice until done. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, then sauté in vegetable oil until cooked. Don't forget salt and pepper! Mix the onion, mushrooms, and cooked rice.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator, divide into portions, and roll into balls.
