
Mushroom and cabbage buns

Mix half of the warm milk with the yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let it rise for 10 minutes.

Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar until a light foam forms.

Pour warm water into a bowl, along with the remaining milk, beaten eggs, vegetable oil, mayonnaise, and salt. Mix, add the yeast, then gradually sift in the flour and knead the dough.

Knead the butter into the dough, knead well, and let it rest under a towel for 2 hours. During this time, the dough should be punched down a couple of times.
