Oven-baked fruit pastries

120 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

It pairs perfectly with tea and coffee. Today I suggest making pastries with a filling of kiwi, orange, and pear. It’s a great combination and they work beautifully together in the filling, but you can adjust it to your taste. It’s best if the pleats are on top—this helps stop the juice from leaking. That’s why sugar is added directly onto the filling in the pastry. Adding starch stops the juice from running out by making it thick. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
