
Blueberry pastries on kefir
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. The tastiest buns are made with fresh blueberries. However, since they're not always available in winter, frozen ones will work too. These little buns are convenient to take on trips or to work. Everyone knows that blueberries are very healthy and beneficial for eyesight. So, take a look and try them out. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

If you are using frozen berries, take them out of the freezer and let them thaw. Place a small portion (about 100 grams) into a blender container and blend together with the cream until completely smooth.

Add sugar, salt, and one raw chicken egg to the whipped blueberries and cream. Sift half of the flour into the bowl, and mix it with the dry yeast.

Add the dry ingredients to the blueberry mixture. Also pour in three tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Knead a soft and elastic dough.

Roll the resulting dough into a ball and place it in a bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a towel. Let the dough rise.

Grind the almonds into crumbs using a coffee grinder or blender. Place the crumbs into a bowl, then add the remaining blueberries, cottage cheese, and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly, gradually incorporating the semolina.

The dough should at least double in size. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and place the dough on it. Divide it into two parts.

Divide each half into eight equal pieces, then roll each piece into a ball. Flatten the balls with your hand, place a spoonful of filling in the center of each. Pinch the edges together and shape into buns.

Place the formed buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush them with milk, and put them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the buns for forty minutes until fully cooked.
