Chokeberry Pastries
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. For the filling, I used only fresh berries. I think they are not as tasty after freezing. The buns turned out light, sweet, and fragrant. I recommend it to everyone. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Add sugar, yeast, and salt to water heated to 35 degrees. Mix well. Sift in flour (5.5 tbsp) and beat with a mixer until lumps disappear. Cover the mixture with a towel and let the starter rise in a warm place. Then add oil and 900 g of flour. Knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, let's work on our chokeberries. Thoroughly rinse the berries. Blend them in a blender with granulated sugar in equal proportions. The filling is ready!

Step 3

Now divide the dough into a large number of small balls. Roll each one into a flat circle. Place the filling (not too much, leaving space from the edges). Seal the edges well.

Bake at 150-160 degrees Celsius for half an hour. Make sure the baked goods don't burn. Our chokeberry pies are ready—enjoy them while they're still warm!
