Rose Buns
Description
The dough for "Rose" buns should be of medium consistency: mix all dry ingredients, dissolve the yeast in warm water or milk, beat the egg, and melt the butter. Add enough warm water or milk to achieve a medium consistency. Let the dough rest for an hour, then knead it again thoroughly and shape immediately. You can use any filling: cooked ground chicken, cheese with herbs, spicy cottage cheese, or cooked ground meat. Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
