Baked meat buns
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Baked meat buns are both easy and not so easy to make. You should at least once work the dough by hand! The dough should not be too stiff— the lighter and airier it is, the tastier the buns will be. Since the dough is yeast-based, let it rise a bit and then knead it again. Use flour, or better yet, sunflower oil when shaping, to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
