Description
Homemade baking for tea. “Reverse” buns are those with little dough and a lot of filling. I offer this recipe to all lovers of homemade baking. Make the dough from flour, water, vegetable oil, salt, and sugar. Then roll it out thinly and wrap it with the filling into a tube shape. Don’t skimp on the filling. I prepared a cabbage filling. You can use potato or meat for the filling, whichever you prefer. With cabbage—my favorite. The buns turn out juicy inside and crispy outside.
