Dumplings made with water
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. It's better to fry buns made with water rather than bake them in the oven, as the dough is lean, and oil will add a bit of flavor and calories. You can use any filling, but since the dough is already lean, without milk or eggs, you might as well make a lean filling too: potatoes with herbs, mushrooms, or cabbage. Good luck! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
