Buns with dry yeast
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Here is a simple recipe for buns made with dry yeast. First, I prepared the filling, but it's better to make the dough first. For the filling, sauté cabbage with carrots and onions in a frying pan. Shape the buns from the risen dough, placing the filling inside. Fry the buns in a pan until they turn nicely golden and browned. Good luck! Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 2

Chop the onion and grate the carrot. Add the onion to the cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat and add the grated carrot. Mix well and sauté until fully cooked, for 10-15 minutes.

Prepare the dough. Pour warm water into a large bowl, add sugar and salt. Add yeast dissolved in warm water, and sift in the flour. Knead until you get a soft dough. Cover with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for 40 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the risen dough, mix well, and let it rest for another 20 minutes.
