
Buns with kefir without eggs
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. This recipe is great because you can make kefir-based eggless buns at home either fluffy and airy, or very thin. You can use any filling you prefer—potatoes, cabbage, mushrooms, rice with herbs, egg with liver. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
