Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. When mixing the dough, add the flour in two stages. First pour in the larger portion, mix, and then gradually add the second. The dough should turn out soft. But when shaping the pastries, it does not stick to your hands or the table. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Since the dough is prepared quickly, make the filling. Chop the onion finer and fry until done in 50 ml of vegetable oil.

Cut the liver into large pieces, add it to the onion. Fry everything together until the liver is cooked.

Then grind it in a blender or with a meat grinder using a fine plate. Add boiled rice, salt, pepper. Mix. The filling is ready.

Make the dough. In a bowl pour ayran, 100 ml vegetable oil, add salt, sugar, egg. Beat with a fork.

Stir with a fork. When it becomes difficult to mix, start kneading with your hands.

The finished dough will be soft, pliable, and not sticky to the hands. Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

After the time has elapsed, divide the dough into portions. In my case, I got 11 pieces, each weighing 50 grams.

From each piece, make a flatbread, spoon a tablespoon of filling with a mound onto it, and shape a bun. Carefully seal the seam.

Heat the vegetable oil and fry the pastries over medium heat on both sides. On average, about 4 minutes per side.
