Potato pies
Description
Tasty baked goods for the whole family. “Lapti” pies with potatoes are easy to fry at home. The dough is mixed with kefir, baking soda, and an egg yolk. Do not add egg whites — the dough will be tougher. For the filling, boil the potatoes and fry the onion, then make a smooth puree.
