Description

The recipe won't take much time. There are countless ways to make buns—every nation has its own favorite and traditional versions. Belarusian buns "Knyshe" with potatoes have gained popularity and fame worldwide, sparking occasional debates: "Whose dish is it really?" I believe that Belarusians gifted this pastry to the world, and today I'll share the recipe. "Knyshe" differ from their counterparts by their unique round shape, which helps keep the filling warm for a long time. Overall, they are delicious and filling potato buns, perfect for feeding the whole family.
