Let's start with the dough. Add sugar, a pinch of salt, and baking soda to the sifted flour, and mix. Warm the kefir to 40 degrees and pour it into the flour, kneading the dough.

Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a towel.

Boil the meat and pass it through a meat grinder or chop it in a blender until it becomes crumbly.
