Boiled Dough Pirozhki with Tuna
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Usually we make salads or soups from canned tuna. Try making these tasty buns with a filling of egg, tuna, and herbs. You can use any herbs; I use parsley, but you can substitute green onions. Use soft butter for the filling, so take it out of the fridge in advance; I use clarified butter. The buns can be brushed with egg yolk and sprinkled with sesame seeds for a more festive look. I recommend making these delicious buns, especially since they are very easy to prepare, the dough is elastic and doesn’t tear when rolled out. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
