
Pies Made from Toast Bread
Description
Appetizing pies are delicious both hot and cold with various sauces, pâtés, vegetable salads, etc. You can fill them with different fillings every time: meat, vegetable, or, on the contrary, sweet. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients listed. Use square toast bread of any kind.

Cut off the browned sides from each slice of bread.

Gently roll the meat out with a rolling pin in different directions, but not too thin, so it does not tear.

Whisk the chicken eggs in a separate bowl. In another bowl, place cottage cheese of any fat content, add chopped dill and salt. Add a couple of spoonfuls of the beaten egg and mix.

Place the filling on half of the pastry diagonally so you can fold it into a triangle.

Heat a skillet with vegetable oil on the stove and reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Dip the prepared pieces in beaten eggs and place them on the skillet.
