Thin lavash rolls
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I usually make these thin lavash pastries at home when I don't have the energy to prepare a full meal. I quickly make these pastries, and they're so filling that one batch is perfect for both lunch and dinner. It's a great way to save time and effort in cooking. The finished dish can be served right away.

Step 1

1. Cut the lavash into medium-sized squares. Each square can be optionally brushed with sauce. Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onion and spices until uniform. Then add water and mix again. Now place the meat mixture onto the squares diagonally, as shown in the photo. Beat the egg and brush it onto the edges of the lavash. Then seal the edges!
