Apple turnovers made with puff pastry
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. From ready-made puff pastry, you can make many different kinds of homemade pastries. Apple turnovers are the simplest and most time-tested option. To prepare apple turnovers using puff pastry, use sweet-sour apples, one egg yolk for sealing the edges to keep the turnovers closed, and a little lemon juice (to prevent the apples from turning dark). The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
