Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. If you love puff pastry as much as I do, this recipe is for you. Serve with tea or coffee.

First, take out the dough to thaw. Prepare the filling: mash the cottage cheese with the egg, add salt and pepper.

Roll out the defrosted dough and cut it into equal squares.

Now place the filling in the center of the squares. Fold them together as you like. I made them into triangles.

Fry in oil on each side until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
