Pies made from layered yeast dough
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. I often make buns, turnovers, and other baked goods using puff pastry. I use ready-made dough. By the way, yeast puff pastry is even better—it results in a less crumbly finished product. To make buns from yeast puff pastry, we'll need lamb mince (although you can use another kind of meat) and a pepper mix for the filling. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, chop and fry the onion.
- 2
Step 2

Then add the minced meat and fry together for about 10 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Beat the eggs with chopped herbs, season with salt and pepper. Add to the filling, mix well, and fry for about 5 minutes. Then let the filling cool down.
- 4
Step 4

Roll out the dough and cut into 7 cm squares. Place the filling, I shape them into triangles, but squares are also fine. The main thing is that the filling doesn't fall out.

Step 5

Brush with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Serve the ready buns made from layered yeast dough with herbs and sour cream.
