1. Mix warm milk with sugar, dry yeast (or fresh yeast), and salt. Stir until the yeast dissolves.

2. Mix softened butter or margarine with flour, add the previously dissolved yeast, and stir. Knead the dough and cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.

3. Prepare the filling: boil the eggs and cut them into small cubes, chop the onion, parsley, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add sour cream, and mix well.

4. Knead the dough slightly and roll it out into a 3-4 mm thick sheet. Cut out circles from the dough and place the filling on them. Join the edges of the pie together so that the seam is on the bottom.

4. Brush the buns with lightly beaten egg. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
