Pies made from yeast-free dough
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. You can make soda-filled pastries using yeast-free dough by adding baking soda directly into the dough, but this recipe, although a bit more labor-intensive, is definitely interesting. The baking soda is sprinkled over the dough like salt and evenly distributed in dry form throughout the dough when rolled out. There's no need to pre-activate the soda. If you want to impress your friends or guests, treat them to pastries made from yeast-free dough. Best served with tea or coffee. Good luck and enjoy!
