Instructions

Step 1

1. Like any other, this recipe for making yeast-filled baked buns begins with a starter. Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it, leaving it for 10–15 minutes.
- 2
Step 2

2. If the yeast is fresh, it will start to "work" quite quickly and bubbles will appear. This means you can pour in the remaining milk.
- 3
Step 3

3. Add about half of the sifted flour.
- 4
Step 4

4. Knead the dough and place it in a warm spot, covering it with a towel.
- 5
Step 5

5. The dough should double in volume.
- 6
Step 6

6. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Rub the softened butter (margarine can also be used in this simple recipe for yeast baked buns) with the yolks. Add salt and sugar, then incorporate the resulting mixture into the dough.
- 7
Step 7

7. Separately beat the egg whites into a stiff foam and gently fold into the batter.
- 8
Step 8

8. Add the second part of the flour, kneading the dough.
- 9
Step 9

9. Leave the dough in a warm place again for about 1 hour.
- 10
Step 10

10. Divide into small pieces, roll them out and place the filling in the center. Carefully seal the edges and place on a baking sheet, brushing with egg yolk. To make the baked yeast buns even more appetizing, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Bake until golden brown.
