Non-yeast pan-fried buns
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. I really enjoy baking buns for the whole family. But although yeast buns are tasty, they're not very healthy. It turned out that cooking them with cottage cheese is quite interesting. For making yeast-free pan-fried buns, you'll need medium-fat cottage cheese so it doesn't crumble. Instead of apples, you can use any other filling, berries, or vegetables. The buns turn out very tender. Check out the recipe. Serve with tea or coffee.
