
Meat-filled triangular buns
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This is a slightly simplified version of making triangular meat-filled pastries using puff pastry. If desired, you can use yeast dough to make the pastries fluffier. This is a great snack option for outdoors, work, or home. Serve with tea or coffee.

1. Thaw the dough and roll it out slightly. To make homemade meat-filled triangular buns fluffy, do not roll the dough too thin. Cut it into small squares and place them on the working surface.

2. To prepare the filling, wash, dry, and mince the meat through a meat grinder. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Peel the onion and dice it, then add to the skillet and sauté until translucent. Add the minced meat and cook until done, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add boiled egg to the filling. Place the slightly cooled filling onto a piece of dough.

3. Carefully fold to form a triangle. Pinch the edges tightly so the filling does not come out on top during baking.

4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place the shaped triangular buns on it. To make them more glossy, add 1 egg yolk to the recipe for meat-filled triangular buns. Beat the yolk slightly and brush it over the dough on all sides.

5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
