Pies baked in the oven from yeast dough
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Pies should delight not only with their taste but also with their shape. I suggest this unique way of shaping a pie. It's unusual. The pies turn out beautiful, golden brown, and you can create your own design on each one, thus marking the type of filling inside. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

To make yeast dough pies in the oven, you will need dough. I use mayonnaise-based dough. You can find the recipe for this dough on our website. Such or similar dough can also be purchased at stores.

Step 2

Divide the dough into balls. Dust the table or board with flour. Place one ball on the table. Roll it out with a rolling pin. Place a teaspoon of jam or thick preserves in the center of the ball.

Step 3

Join the edges of the dough, enclosing the filling inside. Pinch the edges well so the filling doesn't leak out. Dust your hands with flour. Now, roll a small piece of dough into a little sausage shape like this.

Step 4

Using the resulting sausage shape (you can make several), create a design on the pie.
- 5
Step 5

Transfer the buns to baking paper or I use a silicone baking mat.

Step 6

Brush the buns with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
