Pies for the Son-in-Law

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Ideal for tea and coffee. Despite the modest set of ingredients, you can make many crispy pies with a sweet center. To ensure they truly become crispy (they achieve this after fully cooling), keep a couple of nuances in mind. The dough should be rolled as thin as possible without tearing, and do not add more than 20 grams of butter. Otherwise, the pies will turn out rich and slightly soggy. Also note that these sweet pies are not fried in a large amount of oil. Before each fry, a tablespoon of oil is poured into the pan, and the pies are fried on both sides in that amount.
