Prepare the necessary ingredients.

For the batter, whisk or mix with a mixer the sour cream with eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.

Add the sifted flour with baking powder. Stir.

Pour half of the batter into a well‑greased pan. The consistency of the batter is like thick sour cream.

For the filling, grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and squeeze out the juice through cheesecloth.

Cut the bacon and leek greens into julienne strips.
