Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take the ready puff pastry out of the refrigerator beforehand, so it has time to thaw and become soft, making it easy to roll out.
- 2
Step 2

Finely chop the onion and place it in a pan with heated vegetable oil.
- 3
Step 3

When the onion becomes soft, add the ground meat and fry, stirring frequently, until half‑cooked. Salt to taste and add your favorite spices. Stir the meat thoroughly and often so that it turns out as crumbly as possible.
- 4
Step 4

The filling is ready, let's work on the dough. My dough is in the form of elongated sheets, so I rolled them out and cut them lengthwise to get long plates about 5 cm wide. If you have square sheets, also roll them out and cut them into strips 5 cm wide.
- 5
Step 5

Place the fried minced meat on each strip, seal the edges of the strips to form a kind of tube.
- 6
Step 6

Now arrange the tubes in a round baking pan greased with butter, starting from the center, in a spiral shape.
- 7
Step 7

Brush the pie with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 8
Step 8

Bake the pie in the oven at 200 °C for 20–25 minutes, depending on your dough and oven.
- 9
Step 9

The pie turned out very beautiful and delicious.
