Pie in a multicooker

Description

The color of the pie when sliced will depend on the jam you choose. I really like adding blackcurrant jam. By the way, this pie can work as a cake base: you can cut it into 3–4 layers and fill them with sour cream frosting. The bake is done. Serve it at the table.

Instructions

    Step 1

    Step 1

To make the pie, prepare all the ingredients. Sift the flour through a sieve beforehand to aerate it.

For the dough, beat the eggs with sugar.

Mix the flour and baking soda into the dough.

I recommend lining the bottom of the multicooker with parchment paper. If you trust your inner pot, you can simply grease it with vegetable oil.

Pour the finished dough into the bowl. Bake the pie on the “Bake” setting for 80 minutes. Adjust according to your multicooker.

The finished pie will increase in size. Test for doneness by inserting a wooden skewer. Remove it from the pie—it should come out dry.

    Step 8

    Step 8

Run a plastic scraper around the edge of the bowl and lift out the pie. Remove the parchment from it and let cool.

You can dust the finished pie with powdered sugar.
