To prepare the filling, mix the cottage cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla flavoring, and egg in a bowl. Stir until smooth and uniform in consistency.

For the dough, in a bowl mix soft butter and sugar. Beat until smooth.

Add the egg to the dough and mix again. Then add the baking soda, sour cream, and gradually add the flour, slowly mixing everything with a mixer until smooth.

Divide it into 2 parts and roll each into a ball. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and place one in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, and the other in the freezer for 20 minutes.
