Pie
Description
Homemade baking for tea. You can rub the dough into crumbs by hand or use a blender with blades. For apples, tangy-sweet varieties with a pronounced aroma work best. If you do not have a springform pan, you can use a baking ring, placing it on a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make a “Dry” pie. Wash the apples and pat them dry.

Step 2

Peel the apples and remove the cores, then grate them on the coarse side of a grater. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the apples, sprinkle with sugar, and stir. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring. Take the pan off the heat and let the apples cool.

Step 3

Put the sugar in a bowl, sift in the flour, and add the cold butter cut into pieces. Rub everything together until it resembles fine crumbs.

Step 4

Line the bottom of a 20 cm springform pan with parchment paper and sprinkle half of the dry dough over it.
- 5
Step 5

Spread the apple filling over the crumbs and press lightly. Sprinkle all of the remaining dry dough mixture on top.
- 6
Step 6

Place the pie in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 35–40 minutes. When done, remove the pie from the oven, let it cool completely, and take it out of the pan.

The baking is ready. Serve with tea.
