Blackcurrant Pie
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. For baking the pie, you'll need well-chilled butter and only fresh, ripe berries. Prepare them in advance: remove the stems, wash, and dry on a cotton cloth. Large measuring cups are 200 ml, small measuring cups are 100 ml. Let's get started. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
