
Pie with sour cream and egg
Description
As a filling, you can use any fruits or berries, including frozen ones. You can mix several types of berries—it will taste delicious. The cake consists of three parts: a shortcrust base, the filling, and shortcrust crumble. Serve it cooled down or slightly warm.

For the dough: place the butter into the bowl of a mixer, beat at medium speed, and gradually add the powdered sugar.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually add it to the butter mixture, kneading the dough.
