Pie with sour cream topping
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. The cake with sour cream topping is magical! It has crunch, creamy tenderness, sweetness, and a hint of tartness. I absolutely love it! Roll the dough to a thickness of 2 cm. Once rolled out, place it into the prepared pan and press it firmly against the sides. Instead of strawberries, you can use other berries or fruits. Feel free to experiment. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

1. Mix 2 cups of flour, a pinch of salt, and softened margarine. Gradually add cold water. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Wash the strawberries, dry them, and cut them in half. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of sifted flour, salt, sugar, add sour cream, and beat with a mixer until smooth. Add the strawberry halves and gently stir. Grease the baking form with butter, place the rolled-out dough into it, then pour in the sour cream mixture with strawberries.

2. Place the pie in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees; you can briefly open the oven door to lower the temperature faster. Bake the pie with sour cream topping at 180 degrees for another 30 minutes. The edges should turn golden brown.
