
Pie with plums and apples
Description
Homemade baking for tea. You can use any apples for the pie. Also up to you whether to peel them or not. A great option for an evening family tea time or for the “guests at the door” occasion. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy, then add sour cream and vegetable oil, and mix.

Mix the flour with the leavening agent, sift it, and incorporate it into the dough.

Wash the apples, remove the core and, if desired, the peel. Cut into small pieces. Grease a (22 cm) pan with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the apples on the bottom of the pan.

Pour the batter over the apples.

Place pitted plum halves on the dough. Bake the pie at 180‑190 °C for 50‑60 minutes.

Our pie is ready! Let it cool a bit, remove it from the pan and dust it with powdered sugar.
