
Cake with condensed milk in a multicooker

Here's a recipe for making a condensed milk pie in a multicooker. It's one of the simplest recipes I know, yet the pie itself turns out to be anything but ordinary. With its incredibly tender filling and crisp, crumbly base, it simply melts in your mouth—a true delight for gourmets. First, place the cookies into the food processor bowl and grind them into crumbs.

Cut the softened butter into cubes and add to the cookie crumbs.

Turn on the blender again and mix all the ingredients.

Line the inner pot of the multicooker with parchment paper.

Now place the cookie and butter mixture into it, press it down firmly with your hands, and form small edges.

In a separate container, mix the condensed milk, egg yolks, and juice from half a lemon, beat the mixture, and pour it into the multicooker.

Close the lid, set the "Baking" mode and set the time for 40 minutes. When the time is up, leave the cake in the multicooker for another hour.

Then we remove the multicooker bowl and wait for the cake to cool, then put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
