Pie with frozen currants
Description
This kind of pie falls into the quick-and-delicious category. You can make it not only with black currants, but also with red or white currants. Just keep in mind that the seeds in these berries are harder, which will make the pie less tender. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
