Strawberry frozen pie
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. I'll tell you how to make a pie with frozen strawberries at home. First, prepare the yeast dough, let it rise, and knead it well. Shape the pie, adding a strawberry filling with sugar. Serve the finished pie cooled down. It's delicious with milk, coffee, or tea. Baking is ready. Serve at the table.

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk.

Beat the eggs with 1 tbsp of sugar.

Mix the yeast with the eggs, half of the flour, and salt. Knead the dough and let it rise for 15 minutes. Then add the remaining flour and knead again. Leave it for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil. Place the larger portion of the dough into it, forming edges. Place sliced strawberries on top, and sprinkle them with sugar.
