Egg and green onion pie in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The pie turns out very tasty, but what I like most is its simplicity made possible by using a multicooker. If you don't have one, you can use an oven—no problem. Besides green onions, you can add dill, parsley, or wild garlic. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

1. I crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, sour cream, and mayonnaise, then beat the mixture with a fork or blender.

Step 2

2. Sift the flour and mix it with baking soda, then gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg-sour cream mixture in portions.

Step 3

3. I boil the eggs and let them cool, then cut them into cubes. I wash the green onions and chop them, then mix the eggs with the onions and season with salt to taste.
