Description

This dessert can easily be made diet-friendly by reducing the amount of sugar and using low-fat cottage cheese for the filling. Sugar can be partially or completely replaced with honey or maple syrup. For the filling, you can use any seasonal berries or fresh, and even canned fruits. Canned peaches work particularly well here. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
