Pie with apples and sorrel
Description
The bake is simple and quick to make. This pie turns out sweet; rhubarb adds a gentle tartness, and apples make it more tender and delicious. I love this pie because the preparation is as “lazy” as it gets—you mix everything, pour it into the pan, bake for 30 minutes, and it’s done. Be sure to try the recipe. You can serve it with tea or coffee.
