
Apple jam pie in a multicooker
Description
With a multicooker, you can prepare not only soup or main dishes, but also bake a delicious cake for tea. If you're at a summer house or for some reason don't have an oven or stove yet, and only have a multicooker, there's no need to get upset and switch to store-bought pastries. Using this simple recipe, you can bake a delicious cake in a multicooker. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

First, thaw the ready-made puff pastry. If you have sheet pastry, join the sheets together and lightly roll the seam.

And, to avoid mistakes with the size of the future pie, let's place the steaming bowl onto the dough and press it slightly to mark the outline.

And now let's cut the dough slightly larger than the outline, leaving a margin of about 2-3 cm from the edge.

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and dust it with flour.

Place a layer of dough into the bowl, carefully spreading it out and shaping the edges.

Spread the jam in an even layer. Close the multicooker lid and set the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes.

When the cooking time is up, open the multicooker lid and leave the cake in the bowl for another 8–10 minutes. Then carefully remove the cake using a plastic spatula. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon, and serve with tea.
