Apple cider vinegar pie

Description

Homemade pastry for tea. Rub the butter into the flour until it becomes crumbly. Mix in the sugar and fruit. Pour the milk into a large jug and add the vinegar. Add the baking soda and the milk mixture to the previously prepared flour mixture. Mix well. Grease a 23 cm cake tin. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 150°C and bake for another 1 hour and 15 minutes, loosely covering the top of the cake with foil if it starts to brown too much. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
