
Cake with boiled condensed milk and streusel
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. This cake is aromatic and soft, with sweet pockets of condensed milk, and will undoubtedly appeal to lovers of homemade desserts. Plus, the cook won't get tired during preparation, as the cake is very easy to make. It's delicious both warm and cold the next day (if any is left :)) Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

1. First, let's prepare the streusel. Put 100 grams of flour into a bowl, add 50 grams of sugar and 50 grams of cold butter. You can also add chopped nuts—it will taste even better :)

2. Rub everything with your hands into crumbs. Put it in the refrigerator.

3. Prepare the pie dough. Mix melted but not hot butter, sugar (regular and vanilla), a pinch of salt, and eggs. Use a whisk or a spoon.

4. Add the flour mixed with baking powder.

5. And mix thoroughly. The dough will turn out quite thick.

6. Line the bottom of a 24 cm diameter pan with parchment paper, and lightly grease the sides with butter. Transfer the dough into the pan and smooth it out with a spoon.

7. Did you prepare and cool the condensed milk in advance? Take half a teaspoon of the cooked condensed milk, place it onto the dough, and gently press it in.

8. Then evenly sprinkle with streusel.

9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 degrees for about 35 minutes.

10. Bake the pie until the streusel is golden brown, but check with a wooden toothpick just in case. Let the pie stand in the pan for about 5 minutes, then remove the springform ring.
