Add 3 tbsp vegetable oil and 1/3 tsp salt to the sour cream. Mix well.

Add the baking soda, mix again, then add the flour gradually in portions.

Knead a soft, elastic dough. Shape it into a ball, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Dice the onion and fry until softened. Grate the pumpkin and cheese using the coarse side of a grater. Combine the pumpkin, cheese, and fried onion. Mix. Salt and pepper to taste. The filling is ready.
